GOD JUL!
Okay so the lady who I talked about last week, that we contacted on the street and we met with her again this week. WOW. She has totally been prepared by Heavenly Father to receive the gospel. She is so sweet and super excited about the Book of Mormon and praying. She text us a few days later and told us how she has been praying a lot especially to get back in contact with her daughter. That was a really sweet experience to meet with her and she told us how we were her guardian angels. She is so sweet and amazing.
On Saturday we had a christmas party at a members house and we ate SO much food and did all of the danish Christmas traditions. It was super fun! We ate this Danish dessert called ...... i don't know how to spell it... but we ate it and it is basically rice, milk, sugar, chopped up almonds and some other stuff and in the whole giant bowl is only 1 whole almond and the person who finds it gets an extra present. So we did that.. I didn't win. But it still was delicious! Then we danced around the christmas tree singing danish christmas songs. And we played a danish version of the white elephant present game. Overall a super fun night!
I am super excited for Christmas! This really is an amazing time of year and I am so happy I get to be in Denmark for it. It still doesn't look a lot like Christmas here but they have some lights up and it is all really hyggeligt. We have been going out and carolling to people in the ward and also on the gågade here and it has been really fun! We also got transfer calls today and both Sister Rovig and I are staying in Århus. YAY!
Well I hope that everyone has a super great Christmas!
