1. Ålborg and Odense- this week we went on splits with the sisters in Aalborg and in Odense and it was so much fun to see both of those beautiful places and to spend time with some way great sisters! I learned a lot from both of them. In Ålborg I was with Sister Williams who has been out almost three months and she is so hard working and just a way great example to me and it was so fun getting to know her. Then in Odense I was with Sister Sorensen and Sister Mosely and they both were in my MTC group and Sister Sorensen was my MTC companion so that was so much fun being with them in the fairytale land of Odense.
2. Google translate saves lives- This week we also had a super awesome lesson with this family who is from Syria. We have talked to them a couple of times and they are the family who can speak a little bit of Danish and no English so we have been struggling to figure out how we could communicate with them and we had kind of stopped coming by. But then the husband came to church last sunday and asked if we would come over and see them again so we did! When we got there we asked if we could use their computer and pulled up google translate and taught them a lesson through google translate and it was so awesome because we would explain something and then ask them if they wanted to learn more or they believed it and they would nod and it was just way great to see when things made sense to them after they read the translation. So that was great. Go Google.
3. Slot- We went to a castle, Boller Slot, this week with a member family from our ward and ti was so much fun and it was just so beautiful and awesome and fun. Yay Denmark.
4. Afrikansk venner- Okay so we have two way great investigators who both come from Africa and they are doing just way great things and just really trying to figure out what is true and reading from the book of mormon and praying. It is just so awesome to see how they are loving learning more about the gospel!
