Zonekonference: This week we had Zone conference in Århus and it was so powerful and spiritual. We are focusing on using the Book of Mormon more and using it as a tool to help our friends feel the spirit, receive answers, become converted and come closer to Christ and God. It was also President and Sister Sederholm's last zone conference which was really sad because they are amazing but it will be exciting to meet our new mission president and his wife next month. But President Sederholm's last testimony was so powerful so I thought I would share some of it with you. One of the first things he said was, "If you do not read from the Book of Mormon everyday with real intent, your testimony will diminish." It was so powerful, there really is no neautral ground and no standing still, if we want to be moving closer to Christ everyday then we need to be reading from the Book of Mormon everyday. He also talked a lot about our relationship with Christ before we came here to Earth and what that must have been like, and then on the flip side how our relationship will be when we meet Him again. That part is up to us.
Legoland: We went to Legoland on Prepartion and that was so much fun! They had some pretty fun rides and a lot of really amazing exhibits, they had a complete lifesize replication of the X-wing from star wars. It was so awesome and fun!
So we had received that training on the Book of Mormon better in lessons and one way to do that is by starting each lesson by reading a verse from the Book of Mormon. So we me with one of our investigators and shared Moroni 10:5 and promised him that as we read and talked about our lesson today about Joseph Smith the spirit would testify to him of the truth of it through his feelings and we asked him to really pay attention to how he feels as we talk. Then we taught him about Joseph Smith and how he came to get the Book of Mormon, during the whole lesson I was just praying that he would feel the spirit, at the end of the lesson we asked him how he had felt and he said, *Really wonderful, I felt a lot of peace and happiness and excited to learn more about what we were talking about.' It was an amazing blessing and answer to prayers.
Stavkonference: We had a stake conference with all of North Europe and England, Ireland and Wales! Elder Holland spoke and bore an awesome testimony of the Book of Mormon and the truthfulness of it. It was so powerful and a great confirmation to the things we have been studying this week with the Book of Mormon. If you can I would highly suggest watching the conference on lds.org.
Well I hope that you all have a great week!
