Hej! This week was so amazing! The guy we have been teaching, who is from Iran has said that he wants to be baptized! Ahh! It is amazing to see how the Lord has prepared him for this! He has prayed about the things we have taught and received answers that it is true and he even bore his testimony on the Plan of Salvation in class on Sunday! It was so amazing! I am so excited for him! He is praying to figure out a date because he wants to make sure that he is living all of the commitments and is prepared to be baptized. He is a really amazing person! This week we have really been trying to stop by the members houses and less actives houses as well to get to know them, so we have been making a lot of cookies and trying to get people to like us. Well Søster Rigby and I went to visit this less active women and we rang on the intercom and she let us into the building and then opened the door and she was wearing a shirt and just black lacy underwear. But we talked to her for a bit and said a pray and set up an appointment to come back sometime. When we got outside I just looked at Sister Rigby like, 'Are we going to talk about the fact that that women was not wearing pants' and she just said "Don't worry she was hard to understand, she had a very Copenhagen accent and talked fast, I had a hard time understanding her." And I was just like "no... Sister Rigby, she wasn't wearing pants." It turns out after serving here for 18 months that doesn't really phase and you don't even notice it. This week we also helped Jette move out and she was baptized the first Saturday I was here and it is amazing to see how much strength the gospel has given her. She said many times how she just wouldn't know what to do if she didn't have the church and she was so sweet and was asking to look at her skirts to make sure that they were all long enough. It is amazing to see how much light and happiness the gospel can bring to people!
